Rest well, Simone. I don't know you personally. I came across a post from your beautiful momma and I came to leave my regards. You aren't alone loved and I will continue to pray for your mom.

Simone, I still can't believe you're no longer here. Even though we lost touch many years ago, you will forever hold a special place in my heart as my American little sister that I spend so much time with. I willl never forget the times we sat in the basement watching Hannah Montana, taking Molly out together or going into the city with your dad. Most of my favorite memories from this year abroad have you right in the middle. Thank you for this! I do hope that you are now reunited with your dad. I imagine you cuddling up to him and asking him to tell a story like you often did during car rides. May you rest in peace, Sim-One! Love always from Y-vonne

It was such a blessing to meet Simone and spend her birthday with her. We were only friends for a short while, but I feel so lucky to have met her. Praying for her family. She will be missed.
