Obituary Mrs. Pauline Anderson, age 72, died at home in Miami, Florida, on Friday, August 28, 2020.

Born on March 1, 1948 in St. Mary, Jamaica, she lived in St. Catherine, Jamaica, before migrating to Miami. Before migrating to the United States she worked as a legal secretary for Myers and Myers Law Firm. After completing her studies in the US she worked as a teacher in both Broward and Dade Counties until she suffered a stroke in August 2017.

She was an avid student with a drive to learn new things especially in the sciences. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and a Masters in Early Childhood Development. Pauline was a member of the Miami Central Spanish SDA Church.

She leaves behind her daughters Judith Shoucair, Genevieve Desarme and Maxine Anderson and her son Michael Robinson. She also leaves behind her brothers Samuel Shaw, Hyke Robinson and Vernal Robinson, her granddaughter Tania Shoucair and grandsons Giovanni Sterling and Elijah Robinson, nieces and nephews. Pauline was preceded in death by her spouse, Bruce Anderson.
