  Deepest condolences to the family. Cynthia was always a loving, optimistic, caring soul. We worked many years together in labor relations, and on career conferences.   Cynthia was such a sweet person from the day we started in Central Mark-Up at the USPostal service. We had lots of fun times and will never forget the person you are. God said come home and rest.
