Celebrating the Life and the Legacy of Cynthia Henry-Duval, ESQ Service: Saturday – August 15, 2020 - 11:00 AM Nakia Ingraham Funeral Home -Chapel Cynthia Henry-Duval, was born on November 5, 1971, at Saint Clare’s Hospital in New York City. As a child Cynthia enjoyed reading, listening to music and arguing with her siblings, the start of her lifelong passion for debate and advocacy. Cynthia graduated from Brandon High School in Florida and attended Alfred University in Buffalo, New York. She eventually transferred to Florida A&M where she earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in English. After an initial professional period, Cynthia earned her JD from the University of Miami Law School and passed the Florida Bar. Cynthia enjoyed the pursuit of law both as a fitting exercise for her great intellect and as an opportunity to protect and empower people and communities. Cynthia is known for her loyalty and care of her family, friends, colleagues and clients. Cynthia is survived by her Mother, Father, Husband, 4 children, 3 siblings, and countless family and friends.
