It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Amber Turner, age 29. She left us physically on September 17, 2023. She was a beacon of light in our lives, bringing joy, and laughter to all of us. Amber could best be described as fun, bubbly, and full of life. She loved to dance and was the life of every party.
Amber was born on March 22, 1994, in Hollywood, Florida. She grew up in Miramar, where she created countless, cherished memories. She could light up a room with her smile and bubbly personality. Amber was known for her love of holistic remedies and loved to research natural ways to heal the body. When any of us had an illness, or any health condition, we could count on Amber to bring us anything from sea moss, ginger shots, burdock, or any other herb she could get her hands on to help us feel better. Amber is the person we all turned to when we were not feeling well. She was known for her kindness and touched the lives of many. Ask anybody to describe Amber, and everyone would describe her in one word “special.”
Amber was dedicated to her 4 children, husband, and her immediate family. She was active at Naz Roti Palace, which was started by her maternal grandparents many years ago. She was also a part of Med Miami Home Health Agency, which is her father’s company. She was always there to help when she could. She will truly be missed by both communities.
In Amber’s spare time she enjoyed reading, watching Greys Anatomy with her mother, dancing to soca music, cooking vegan food, trying different vegan restaurants, and riding around with her father in his orange truck blasting “old school” songs. Amber loved the ocean and could be found on the weekends at the beach with her husband and children.
She is survived by her four children: Angel, Anastasia, her twins: Amber and Jospeh who are just 4 months old; her husband Derrick, grandparents, Mother-Tricia Boodram, Father- Dwight Turner, stepparents, her sisters: Natasha , Jessica and Jenna, niece: Jayla, and nephews: Carter, Jacob and Jasiah, cousins, in-laws, aunts, uncles and friends.
May Amber’s soul rest in eternal peace, and may we find comfort in the memories we shared with her. Though she may be physically gone, she is with each of us spiritually every day. Ambers spirt will forever guide and inspire us all.
